A recurring AI character, an end-to-end generative production workflow and a social feedback loop designed to turn creative output into repeatable growth.
Make an AI character feel recognisable at scale.
The goal was not to create a single strong AI video. It was to build a recognisable social-media personality that could appear in many locations, actions and narrative situations while still feeling like the same character.
That meant solving for identity consistency, production speed, social-native storytelling and iteration at the same time.
I owned the project end to end.
Audience research, hook selection, concept development and repeatable content formats.

The recurring character had to remain recognisable while the content changed around him. This became a production workflow rather than a one-off prompt.
